Most items are available for immediate delivery. However, due to our unique selection and high demand, some items may be temporarily
unavailable. If this is the case, you will be notified via the e-mail you provide that your item will be special ordered. An estimated delivery date will
be given and your order will be processed upon your confirmation or in 24 hours if we do not receive notice of cancellation.
Please allow two business days for processing. You should receive your Fedex or UPS package within 2-3 days of processing (depending on chosen ship method).

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you wish to return or exchange an item you have purchased on our website, a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) must be requested within 7 days of your order's shipment (items purchased in December may be returned through January 10th). Your RMA# will be forwarded within 24 hours. Requests should be emailed to: email@example.com with all of the following details as missing information may cause a delay in processing your request:

Merchandise should be received by Persona Jewelry, Boston within 7 days of issuing your RMA#, in original packaging and in unworn condition. Persona Jewelry, Boston will not accept returns or exchanges for any items that have been worn. We strongly advise all customers to check their purchase thoroughly upon delivery before disposing of any original packaging.
Returns received outside the above time frames are accepted at Persona Jewelery discretion and may only be processed as a store credit.
Sale items, exchanged items and sized items are final sales and may not be returned or exchanged.
Persona Jewelry, Boston offers one complimentary ring sizing with your purchase. Please note that all sized items are final sale and Persona Jewelry is not responsible for an accurate size if it is not taken by us in the store. Please allow up to two weeks for resizing, though we try to accommodate engagement rings while-you-wait if possible.
Standard orders are processed the next business day (Monday through Friday, not including holidays), pending credit card authorization and verification.

For overnight delivery, orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 3PM ET. Overnight delivery orders placed on Friday 3PM ET will arrive on Monday. We do not offer overnight delivery to Alaska, Hawaii. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped UPS 2 day. We do not ship to international or PO addresses.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Persona Jewelry cannot be responsible for return merchandise prior to our receipt. We therefore suggest that you insure all parcels. Refunds generally appear on your credit card statement in one to two billing periods. Since all our online orders require credit cards as the method of payment, your refunds will take the form of a credit back to the same card used to make the original purchase.
Persona has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to protecting your privacy. We will not sell, rent, or distribute your name, e-mail address or other identifiable information to any third party without your consent.
To provide you the best possible products and services, we will request specific personal information when you register on personastyle.com, when you make a product or gift certificate purchase, and when you request a catalogue. Any personal information collected on personastyle.com is knowingly and voluntarily provided by customers and visitors to our site.
At registration, we collect your name, shipping and billing addresses, telephone numbers, and e-mail address in order to deliver your orders promptly and to the proper location. We use your e-mail address to send you two emails following a purchase. The first confirms that your order was shipped, and provides an itemized order summary with your order number. The second e-mail provides you with a tracking number so that you can determine the status of your order. Please note that should any of your items be on-reserve, out-of-stock or discontinued, you will receive an additional email after your order confirmation specifying the specific status of each item in question. If necessary, a Customer Care Associate may contact you by telephone to resolve any issues concerning your order.
When you make a gift certificate or product purchase, we collect your credit card number and your expiration date. We have security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. We will automatically store your credit card number and expiration date on our secure server with your account so that you will not have to fill out this information again during future visits and purchases at personastyle.com. This information is used solely for billing purposes when you order frompersonastyle.com and is always encrypted and transmitted safely over the Internet using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. When you request a catalogue, we collect only contact information, name and address.
We may occasionally run contests and other similar promotions on our site in which we ask visitors for contact information (such as their e-mail address) and demographic information (such as their zip code, age, or income level). We use this contact information to send registered users and current customers and catalogue requesters information about our company as well as marketing and promotional materials from our company as well as our partners.
We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our Web site. Your IP address is also used to help identify you and your shopping cart. Your name and password are used to verify that you are a registered customer and prevent anyone else who may have access to your computer from ordering in your name without your express permission.
